We offer free delivery on orders with a value of £150 or more to the UK mainland.

These charges are for the UK mainland only. For charges to other areas including Northern Ireland, Ireland and offshore islands please see below.

Delivery is fully insured for loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 working days and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the parcel appears damaged on receipt please make sure that you sign for the item as being damaged. This will help speed up the process of arranging a replacement.

Shipping of Glass Items

If you are ordering glass items for an event please ensure that you have left plenty of time to get the goods to you. Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit. We are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge, but you must ensure that you give us reasonable chance to do this.

Signing for your order

All deliveries will require a signature. You should check that you have received the correct number of parcels before signing for the order. If you are missing parcels only sign for the ones that you have received. If the boxes appear damaged in anyway you should sign for them as damaged or refuse them. 

We aim to deliver within 5 working days

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Usually you will receive your order within a couple of days of ordering, however we ask that you allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding delivery.

We class a working day as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Occasionally we will run out of stock of a product. If this happens a refund will automatically be issued to your card
